Liquid all-purpose soap that is specially formulated 100% chemical free with true saponified oils like a handcrafted bar soap rather than sulfate-based detergents. Ingredient base: Water, *Cocos nucifera (Coconut Oil) Oil, *Helianthus annuus (Sunflower) Oil, *Ricinus communis (Castor) oil, Potassium hydroxide (none remains after saponification), Citric acid (non-gmo), and *Rosemary extract
Citrus Scent: *Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange) Oil, *Citrus limon (Lemon) Oil, *Citrus aurantifolia (Lime) Oil.
Earthtone Scent: *Cedrus atlantica (Cedarwood) Oil, *Pogostemon cablin (Patchouli) oil, *Boswellia serrata (Frankincense) oil

RTS (ready to ship): can be anywhere from 1-5 business days to process.
PRE-ORDER (or made-to-order) i.e. graphic tees: Standard turnaround time is between 1-2 weeks for processing/production (unless otherwise stated).

Shipping rates are based on weight/location.
At checkout, you have the option to choose either USPS or UPS. Not all options automatically have shipping insurance through the carrier.
It is highly recommended that you use ROUTE+ Insurance, which is automatically added to your cart. If you wish to waive this third-party coverage, you can remove ROUTE+ Insurance from your cart. By doing this, you assume any risks that may result from items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
It is the customer's responsibility to file any claims with ROUTE+, USPS, and/or UPS due to lost/stolen/damaged packages.
We make every effort to securely package your order for shipment. However, we are not responsible for your package once it has shipped, including, but not limited to: shipping delays, damaged items, or lost/stolen packages.

Shipping labels print directly from this information you provide, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect or partial shipping information.
If an incorrect address results in returned packages, the customer is responsible for any additional postage to resend the package to the correct address. Otherwise the cost of the product will be refunded (minus shipping cost).

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
