RETURN POLICY
OVERVIEW: Wildflowers & Dixie accepts returns for store credit for orders that meet the criteria of Return Eligibility and are still within the Return Window Timeframe.
Store credit will be issued to the customer account. No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued. Credit is valid for one year from issue date. Return requests are only acceptable within the first 3 days of receiving the item (read "TIMEFRAME" section below).
- Customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order is eligible for return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
- Some items are not eligible for return (read "RETURN ELIGIBLITY" section below).
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES. If you need a different size or item, you'll need to submit a return request and place a new order.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS. If you change your mind about an order, you'll need to process a return following the process/policies stated on this page.
** Wholesale orders are final-sale. We do not accept cancellations on wholesale orders **

TIMEFRAME: Items have a 72-hour return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. In addition, items must be received back to our warehouse within 14 days that you receive your order. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time once your item is shipped back to us. If items are received to us after the 14 day mark, a 10% restock fee will apply.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. After this timeframe, it is considered wear and tear.
** DO NOT SHIP A RETURN WITHOUT FIRST BEING APPROVED FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE ** Returns must first be initiated/approved by logging in to your Customer Account and following the return process below.
To submit a return request:
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or click here for your customer account.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and have the original tags attached. Items must not be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc.
Returns sent in that do NOT meet the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee OR subject to invoicing you to be shipped back to you.
Be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return - we are not responsible if your item is lost or arrives damaged during return transit to us, so be sure to package the item securely.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you within 24 hours of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
- If the item passes inspection, then your return will be processed and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account with us, which will be available for future purchases.
FINAL-SALE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Special orders or custom items (ex: a graphic tee ordered in a color other than the one shown in the mock-up photo)
- Seasonal/retiring graphic tees or items
- Swimwear or undergarments (bras/bralettes, bodysuits, etc)
- Shoes/footwear items
- Bath products, skincare, etc.
- Hair accessories
- Earrings/jewelry
- Sales/clearance items
- Mystery tees, Mystery Boxes, Grab Bags, etc.
Items $25 and under are final-sale. A coupon code used on an order makes it invalid for return.

Care Instructions - Graphic T-shirts:
T-shirts are made using a screen print transfer and applied with a professional heat press. For best results, turn inside-out and wash in cold water using a mild detergent (harsh detergents and/or fabric softeners can have adverse effects on the screen print transfers, and can sometimes result in dye migration). Do not bleach. Tumble-dry low or lay flat to dry. Do not iron on graphic.
We are not responsible for the quality of your graphic tee if the above garment care instructions are not followed properly. Once worn/washed, any damage incurred is considered "wear and tear" and not eligible for store credit or return.
T-shirt Info:
Bella + Canvas is our main brand for t-shirts. However, COVID caused a significant shortage in t-shirt supply in 2020 when the factories were dedicated to the manufacturing of face coverings. While inventory is on the rise, it's still possible that we may run into stock issues at times.
We offer the option of a "back-up shirt color" in the event your first choice is out of stock. If both of the choices you've selected are out of stock, we may substitute the following brands which we've found to be comparable in fit/quality/color options:

Graphic Tees & Home Decor:
Each item is uniquely handmade and created with artistic expression; while very similar and consistent, no two are exactly alike. These products are not mass produced or 100% identical from one product to the next. Please allow for unique characteristics and variation.
