Super soft! This style T-shirt fits true-to-size; Since it is unisex sizing, you can expect more of a relaxed/loose fit when you order your true size. Otherwise size up for a looser fit OR size down for a tighter fit.
Care Instructions: This shirt is made using a screen print design and applied with a professional heat press. For best results, turn inside-out and wash in cold water using mild detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble-dry low or lay flat to dry. Do not iron on graphic.
Turnaround time varies per product and is provided in the Announcement Banner at across the top of the site; processing times are updated periodically depending on volume of orders and demand.
RTS (ready to ship):Â can be anywhere from 1-5 business days to process.
PRE-ORDER (or made-to-order)Â i.e. graphic tees: Standard turnaround time is between 1-2 weeks for processing/production (unless otherwise stated).

Shipping rates are based on weight/location.
At checkout, you have the option to choose either USPS or UPS. Not all options automatically have shipping insurance through the carrier.
It is highly recommended that you use ROUTE+ Insurance, which is automatically added to your cart. If you wish to waive this third-party coverage, you can remove ROUTE+ Insurance from your cart. By doing this, you assume any risks that may result from items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
It is the customer's responsibility to file any claims with ROUTE+, USPS, and/or UPS due to lost/stolen/damaged packages.
We make every effort to securely package your order for shipment. However, we are not responsible for your package once it has shipped, including, but not limited to: shipping delays, damaged items, or lost/stolen packages.

Shipping labels print directly from this information you provide, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect or partial shipping information.
If an incorrect address results in returned packages, the customer is responsible for any additional postage to resend the package to the correct address. Otherwise the cost of the product will be refunded (minus shipping cost).
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
