Wholesale FAQ
If you cannot provide your Tax ID, you must at least submit proof of business by providing a link to your website or Facebook Page/Group
*** Your account cannot be tagged as "tax exempt" unless you provide us with your Tax ID ***
Upon submission, your application will be reviewed, and (if approved) your account will be tagged for wholesale purchasing.
PLEASE NOTE: You must be logged in to your account for wholesale pricing to be visible. If it's not visible, make sure you're logged into your account 🙂
FAQ
- What's your MOQ (minimum order requirement)?
By screening our wholesalers with the Wholesale Application, we are able to waive MOQ per order.
Instead, wholesale accounts will be reviewed quarterly to ensure a minimum amount is being spent with us.
In order to remain active as a wholesaler, we require a "minimum amount spent" of $250 per quarter.
If you are removed from our list of wholesalers due to inactivity, you will have to resubmit another Wholesale Application for consideration.
- Current TAT (turnaround time)?
You can find all info on TAT / SHIPPING by visiting this page.
A good rule of thumb is to check the banner across the top of our website, where we will post any announcements and current TAT.
TAT can update without notice, and is based on volume of orders and demand. Please be aware of the current TAT at the time you place your order.
"Can I run your items in my group?"
You're welcome to "run" our items for interest in your groups, but you MUST WATERMARK your photos.
We do not want to see our photos/mock-ups floating around Facebook for others to use for their own marketing/purposes.
By running our items, you're doing so at your own risk.
If we can't guarantee inventory/availability of an item, we will do our best to note in the product captions that it has "limited availability."
Holiday/seasonal items tend to sell out and not restock as the holiday gets closer.
We recommend submitting orders for these type of items at least 1 month or more in advance to allow enough time for processing/production and transit to you.
Do you provide drop-ship service?
We do! Just add the items you need drop-shipped to your cart along with this listing and follow instructions provided in the listing's description.
You are still responsible for handling any customer service issues like sizing issues, etc according to your own personal return policy.

Do you offer Sezzle?
Yes! Sezzle is available for orders $100 or more.
Your website says "Free Shipping for orders over $100." Why am I not receiving free shipping?
We do not offer free shipping in addition to wholesale prices. "Free shipping over $100" applies to our retail prices and retail customers only.
Wholesale purchases will receive free shipping for orders of $700 or more.
What is your return/cancellation policy?
Wholesale orders are final-sale. Because of our process, graphic tees are made-to-order and we are not eligible for cancellations.
It's important to ensure that you're logged into your wholesale account before placing an order. If you are charged retail price because you've mistakingly placed an order without being logged into your wholesale account, your refund/price adjustment is subject to a 15% processing/transaction fee.
If for some reason your order experiences a delay in processing on our end and you request to cancel (i.e. backordered items, supply delays, etc), you have 2 options: 1) refund to original method of payment which is subject to a 50% restocking fee, or 2) store credit for the entire order amount.
